We loved the breakfast dining area with a nice and tasty breakfast, free flow of bread and coffee/tea, and fruits. The reception area looked professional and the lemon tea welcome drink was refreshing. The hotel's location was strategic and accessible to markets, massages, and attractions like Platinum Mall and Central World. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room, with a home heater and clean tiled floors that allowed walking barefooted. The hotel provided free bottled water and had a 7-11 nearby for convenience. Transportation options like tut tuts and cabs were easily available outside the hotel. The staff was friendly and the secured lift only allowed guests with room cards.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is near the heart of the shopping area and just a stone's throw away from the famous Pratunam Market. There is a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, making it very convenient for any last-minute needs. Along the street, there is a wide selection of massage parlors, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing or shopping. The staff at the front desk are friendly, helpful, and speak good English. They even helped me book a ride to the floating market at the last minute with cheap rates.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and nice, always willing to assist with any questions I had. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely decoration and a modern yet sweet style. The room was bright, which is quite rare to find in hotels. The breakfast offered was delicious and affordable. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to convenience shops, many massage shops along the road, and quite near to shopping malls. It was also conveniently located near Pratunam Market and Platinum Mall, making it easy to do some shopping. We felt safe in this area, even to walk at late night.
